    Program Analyst

    Job description

    The Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of launches in South Africa. This role will also act as part of the support structure with program teams globally.

    • Ensure sourcing strategies and processes follow Global Product Development System (GPDS) to achieve Program timing and requirements.
    • Support SOBA’s & CPA’s RFQ pack preparation & review & distribution to commodity team
    • Update Sourcing Tracker and publish sourcing status reports
    • Participate in team of 4 discussions to understand issues and status as well as support any help required from Program point of view
    • Assess and support with co-ordination of program localization requirements
    • Coordinate between Commodity Buyers and Program FOA office to support program status reports
    • Lead & coordinate key projects in support of program milestones including tooling capacity studies, local content tracking, inputs and status of all program buyers for affected commodity groups.
    • Lead and coordinate process/milestone timing, deliverables, reporting requirements and cascade status reporting.
    • Achieve supplier on board on time
    • Assist in the finalization of Commercial Program Agreements (CPA)
    • Assist with Purchase Order placement by CBG buyers
    • Support with delivery of Program Cost Target
    • Facilitate Job1 pricing tracking & process
    • Program Launch Readiness.
    • Engagement with Regional Procurement teams
    • Support purchasing with OTG reporting & tracking.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Degree/National Diploma in Logistics, Supply chain or relevant
    • Minimum 2 years in Purchasing / with knowledge of Engineering / Materials Planning & Logistics / Finance
