Program Mng (DBN/JHB contract) at AZ Consulting

A client in Durban is seeking a Senior Technical Programme Manager on contract as follows

• To initiate and manage several software development projects
• Project execution is managed using Agile methods with Sprints as well as Waterfall project methods
• Manage resources, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, timelines, etc.
• Manage Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) as well
• Ideally from non-Financial Services background (not just Banking exp.)

Skills Required:

• At least 10+ yrs exp. in Project / Program Management in software projects
• Agile and Waterfall methodology exp. will be required
• 3 to 5 yrs exp. as a Software Developer is also ideal (specifically in SaaS platforms)
• Some Vendor Management exp. is required
• Some Business Analysis / Product Owner exp. is useful (not required)
• Change Management exp. is useful for managing business impact
• Certification as a Scrum Master / Project Manager is ideal

This is a 12 month contract with hybrid work methods at offices in either Durban, KZN or Midrand

Travel and accom to commute to Durban / Gauteng every 2nd week is incl. (for client’s account)
