Job Description / Information

• Process orders received by fax or e-mail prior to 3pm.
• Process quote requests from internal and external customers
• Ensure that correct account, correct quantity and item code applied are used.
• Ensure that relevant discount is applied, and approval obtained thereof
• Complete and fax or e-mail the backorder letter to the customer
• Confirm and correct customer accounts details for Short and long term consignments
• Confirm usage for short term and long term consignments with sales and kit room
• Handling of customer queries
• Providing interdepartmental peer support
• Maintaining records of all transactions processed
• Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from internal and external customers
• Processing of credit notes, and necessary approval thereof

Minimum Qualifications :

• Min – Matric
• Ideal or advantage – call center or telephone etiquette qualification
• 2 years data capturing experience and customer liaising
