AutoTrader, is looking for a dynamic and hard-working individual that works well with all staff from junior to executive level. Our company prides itself on being innovative and fast-paced and ensures Teamwork is maintained throughout.

This position is based in Randburg.

Summary of role:

• Take full responsibility for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.
• Develop national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
• Ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
• Be part of the team that ensures fun days are celebrated as per agreed calendar.

Knowledge and experience required:

• 3 or more years experience as a Recruiter
• Must have experience doing direct recruitment (we do not use agencies at all)
• Experience working on LinkedIn Recruiter Highly Advantageous
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• High level of confidentiality.
