    IT Technician

    Job description

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must live in Cape Town / Cape Town surrounds
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Technical Support in an IT company
    • Must have good customer relations skills
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English)
    • Well presented, professional and confident
    • Must be a team player
    • Eager to learn and grow within a new tech company
    • Must be organised and diligent

    JOB TASKS:

    • IT Technical Support
    • Network installation & management
    • CCTV installation
    • Access Control installation
    • Client liaison

    TECH KNOWLEDGE MUST-HAVES:

    • Network setup & diagnostics
    • Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, Subnets, NAT, VPN and Remote Connections
    • Email setups and protocols
    • Thorough understanding of Windows platform, especially diagnostics and fault-finding
    • Wireless networking

    START DATE:

    To start as soon as possible.
