Job description

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must live in Cape Town / Cape Town surrounds
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Technical Support in an IT company
- Must have good customer relations skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English)
- Well presented, professional and confident
- Must be a team player
- Eager to learn and grow within a new tech company
- Must be organised and diligent
JOB TASKS:
- IT Technical Support
- Network installation & management
- CCTV installation
- Access Control installation
- Client liaison
TECH KNOWLEDGE MUST-HAVES:
- Network setup & diagnostics
- Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, Subnets, NAT, VPN and Remote Connections
- Email setups and protocols
- Thorough understanding of Windows platform, especially diagnostics and fault-finding
- Wireless networking
START DATE:

To start as soon as possible.
