Can you BA Business Hero? We’re looking for Business Analysts who can lead change within this vibrant company!

You will be consulting with the business to understand its problems, opportunities, goals and to define the business needs for new or enhanced products, services or optimised business processes. Basically you will lead them to new levels of success!

A day at the office might include:

• Identifying opportunities to improve current business processes;
• Recognising and managing business trade-offs, conflicts and market pressures;
• Consulting with the business stakeholders on business needs, issues and concerns;
• Creating / reviewing manuals, procedures and related user documentation and ensuring that documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience;
• Overseeing the collaboration between business analysis team members and Project IT team members;
• Helping business stakeholders identify and clarify their goals and requirements; and,
• Managing the Communication Plan for project and stakeholders during project phases.

You’re going to need a relevant Degree and Business analysis experience, broad knowledge of application systems and a strong understanding of technology and trends in the market.

It’s important that you can make effective use of business assessment tools and that you are an excellent facilitator at requirements workshops, brainstorming sessions and JAD workshops (operating at senior executive levels).
