The Young Chartered Accountant Programme (YCAP) is a two year rotation-based programme within Finance at Barclays Africa. YCAP aims to provide ambitious, newly qualified CA's with exposure to the different disciplines in Finance. Rotations occur every six months, exposing you to the functions that make up the fundamental building blocks of the Finance world.

Rotations are spread across the Technical, Control, and Product functions together with an opportunity to gain exposure to the Africa Finance Operations. On completion of the programme, you will have the opportunity to apply for a role within the high performing Finance function (based on business recruitment needs).

Desired Skills and Experience

• Qualified as CA(SA) at the end of 2017 or early 2018
• South African citizen
• Highly rated by previous employer
• Financial Services articles or keen interest in Financial Services
