    Office Assistant

    Job description

    We are currently looking for a friendly & energetic Office Assistant, to assist with operations. This is an excellent growth opportunity for someone who is willing to learn and assist wherever necessary!

    Skills & experience required:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Administrative experience - emails; research; scheduling appointments
    • Proficient in MS Office package - Word; Excel; Internet

    Responsibilities:

    • Setting up appointments
    • General administrative duties
    • Assisting with diary management and planning
    • Liaising with all the different departments within our company
