    Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant

    Job description

    7th Sense Travel is recruiting! We need a bookkepper which will be

    • Issuing Customer invoices daily along with dealing with any Customer related queries, ie statements etc.
    • Loading of payments into FNB weekly or as required
    • Daily Supplier invoices capturing
    • Supplier Recons
    • Capturing of Bank Statements
    • General office administration and data base management
    • 2 to 3 Years accounting experience is mandatory
    • South African citzens only
