Job description

We are currently looking for a skilled and dynamic Junior IT Technician to join our current support team. You will support and maintain a wide variety of technologies across a number of clients and report directly to the helpdesk and technical management.

We are also looking for someone with a positive attitude and good client relations as your will be liaising directly with clients either direct or for telephonic support. You must have good email and telephone etiquette with a proven track record. You need to be able to work well in a team as well as on your own proving to be proactive.

In addition to this you must be flexible with working hours as after-hour work will be required.

Requirements:

• A+ / N+ or equivalent
• MCSE / MCITP benificial
• Advanced desktop support (hardware/software)
• Support for MS office products
• Extensive experience with Window operating systems
• MAC experience is an advantage
• Manage and Maintain Microsoft Windows servers
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies
• Solid understanding of networking - switches, routers.
• Solid understanding of WiFi technologies
