The Account Executive plays a key role in supporting growth and client retention across our existing Middle East portfolio. You will build strong, long‑term relationships with stakeholders in law firms, corporate legal teams, and government organisations. The role focuses on maximising customer value, supporting solution adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of Middle East accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Develop and execute account plans to support renewals, expansion, and solution uptake.
Build collaborative, consultative relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular client meetings, virtual reviews, and product demonstrations to highlight value and encourage deeper adoption.
Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a consistent and positive client experience.
Monitor account health, usage insights, and feedback to address risks and identify growth opportunities.
Manage renewal cycles and maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Contribute market insights and identify opportunities that support regional growth initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience welcomed.
Fluent in English; Arabic skills are an advantage but not required.
Experience in account management, renewals, and revenue growth within a SaaS or related environment (e.g., legal, compliance, or professional services).
Proven success in meeting or exceeding retention and account growth objectives.
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator).
Self‑driven, organised, and able to manage a remote regional portfolio effectively.
