• Account Managers are responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through exceptional service and support. You will oversee the client lifecycle for existing accounts, focusing on maintaining relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with client needs.

• 3-5 years’ experience in account management or customer success in a B2B environment
