    Account Manager - CPT

    We are looking for a:

    • Driven, solutions-oriented account manager with proven account management skills to care for and serve our current (and future) key client base. This person is a relationship builder, can think outside the box, come up with creative solutions to solve problems, work well within a team, and possesses an acute attention to detail.

    Requirements
    Responsibilities for this role are:

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement
    • Drive the success of our organisers by actively checking in, upselling and upskilling them
    • Think creatively and laterally to solve problems i.e., be a solutions architect for our clients, creating informed and custom solutions where appropriate
    • Work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team to assist them with decision-making and problem solving
    • Attending client events to gain insights that can help both us and the client

    The ideal person for this role has:
    Experience and Education

    • 2-5 years of experience and a proven, successful track record in account management
    • Experience in the events industry or directly managing events is beneficial
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, is beneficial
    • Skills and Traits
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • A natural people's person
    • Client-centric with the ability to gain product knowledge proficiency quickly and serve as knowledge resource for our clients
    • Eager to go beyond what is expected - often after-hours
    • Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude, self-motivated
    • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
    • Comfortable with change and an excellent team player
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Must have a keen attention to detail to ensure perfect delivery of services
    • Strong computer skill including using a CRM, standard productivity tools is recommended
