    Account Manager

    We are looking for an experienced, full-time Account Manager with German language to join our team!

    Our Account Management team is responsible for the end-to-end service delivery to merchants and partners by collaborating and coordinating with our business support units (risk management, treasury and finance, and tech support, as well as product development) and channeling the communication delivered to clients effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for all communications that take place between a profit unit (risk, tech support, treasury) and the client
    • Leads the onboarding process and initiates all services to be set up and provided by a unit to a client
    • Accepts & presents any clients applications (accepted from the client directly or via the partner/sales team and presents applications internally to the credit committee and/or externally to PSPs & EMIs)
    • Responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
    • Assists our clients during the technical integration process
    • Prepares and submits applications to the credit committee
    • Supports electronic retailers in the implementation of their websites in accordance with established rules and requirements of the international card associations
    • Accurate, complete, and adequate knowledge of the services offered by the company
    • Commercially oriented and takes a customer-centric approach in their day-to-day work
    • Raises any flags to the relevant departments

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success role, or a similar position
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and German language
    • Excellent level of computer skills
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Willing to innovate, learn, and share knowledge
    • Experience in E-Commerce, Payments, or FinTech is an advantage
