Incumbent will be servicing the following areas: Pretoria, Brits, Rustenburg, and outlying areas of Northwest.
Incumbent will need to be prepared to sleep out 6 nights per month.
Responsibilities:
Call on existing customers regularly, seeking to understand their needs, and going the extra mile to ensure their needs are met.
Keep the customers as well as their customers excited and satisfied by providing a complete range of DIY and Industrial tools and hardware, enhancing our relationship by giving them the best service possible.
Aim to retain and grow the existing customer database, through the quality of service, providing an excellent customer journey in a competitive market.
Focus on the quality of the call. Build trust and ensure the customer buys the products they require from the company.
Know and understand the customer’s business and become their trusted supplier subject matter experts.
Listening to the customers and assisting with a business proposition is vital to this role in solving queries they may have, as is advising customers of new innovative products and services the company can provide.
