Accountant - Family Office at Rola Motor Group

Minimum Requirements    

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant (3+ years of experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Pastel accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage and oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and journal entries.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare necessary documentation and assist with financial audits
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and negotiating favorable terms when possible.
• Monthly/Weekly payroll
• VAT & EMP recoincilliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and relevant policies.
