• As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Accountant within our Sugar operating unit.
• The purpose of the role is to manage the finincial affairs of TsGro. 

Minimum Requirements    

• B.Com./B.Compt. Accounting degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years relevant working experience.
• Sound financial and numerical acumen with commercial accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel 
• IFRS 9 working knowledge.
• Drafting Annual Financial Statements
• Budgeting and Forecasting.
• SAP experience will be an added advantage.
• The ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy is critical to this position
• The individual should be action-orientated and self-starting with well-developed communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Manage the overall financial affairs of the company, including cash-flow management, asset management, revenue, and cost control measures and produce monthly financial reports.
• Internal and External Audit completion including Taxation.
• Management of the Debtors and Creditors book.
• Compile and improve financial policies and procedures and monitor adherence thereto and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Management of, reconciliation and reporting on various balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare Annual Financial Statements
• Manage Inventory and conduct Stock counts.
• Raise general journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Ability to delegate routine tasks to junior staff.
