Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and experience
- Millwright Trade
- 3 or more years of post-trade experience
- PLC/VSD Drives experience
- Experience with panel wiring
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Report writing and analysis on job
- Mentoring apprentices
- Must be able to work shifts and be available on callouts and standby
- Driver’s license with own transport
- Hands on experience with installation, maintenance and repairs of machinery such as mixers, ovens, proofers, conveyors, slicers and packaging equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the machines do not
- Inspect drives, motors, belts, bearings, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions following checklists.
- Be able to comply with Food Safety
- Assemble, install and/or repair, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment on steam and
- Ensure that your department complies with all Health and Safety
- Diagnose and correct mechanical

Minimum Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities
Admin
- Ensures that PPRs draw into the backflush system and that it balances to Syspro.
- Completes the daily, weekly and monthly silo stock reconciliation.
- Declares variances on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyzes PPR for any deviations and cost analysis.
- Compiles daily action plan.
- Prepares feedback report / results for weekly bakery managers meeting
- Compiles a daily production plan based on sales orders.
- Authorizes / approve requisitions for raw materials on a daily basis.
- Works with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
People Management
- Ensures communication sessions / team talks are held with staff in order to drive the company values and standard of leadership.

- Utilise in-house consumer groups related to product target market to test product development preferences during NPD.
- Understand and interrogate commercials at start of projects – work RSP’s back to BOM and other targeted costs for product development accuracy. Challenge where needed.
- Test and challenge the feasibility of NPD projects at all Gate stages, based on facts and company strategies.
- Build key relationships with decision makers and influence internally to drive the innovation agenda in the business, for high impact decision making and moving the needle.

Talent and Recruitment Administration
- Lead all recruitment for A and B band positions with the assistance of the HR Practitioner responsible for the area with a vacancy.
- Ensure all reference and criminal record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner.
- Provide recruitment-related administrative support to the HR Team from appointment workflow stage through to joining instructions and scheduling inductions within the first week of employment.
Announce new appointments on the Let’s Talk App (internal).
- Provide administrative support in the full annual performance appraisal system and coordination annual refresher sessions for target setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews, and consistency reviews.
- Liaise with the HR Practitioners to process the full termination procedure for A – CU band positions, this includes the following:
- Exit checklist (medicals, termination workflows, staff shop accounts, etc)
