Accounting Administrator at Jubaili Bros Solar

This role will assist the Senior Accountant in recording financial transactions, updating the book of accounts, and preparing reconciliation reports.

Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Bank Reconciliation and necessary journal entries.
• Prepare Monthly and Annual Financial Reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Assistant the Senior Accountant in the monthly/year-end closing.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.] for the Country Manager.
• Monitor accountant payables and receivables to ensure timely payment and collection
• Prepare all tax-related returns like VAT, Withholding Taxes, and other related taxes.
• Conduct physical inventory of stocks and fixed assets.
• Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation calculation.
• Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
• Organize and maintain financial records as per ISO standard.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree Business or finance-related course.
• 2-3 years experience in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge in WAPS System is an advantage
• Attentive to details
• Highly organized
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
