Accounting Specialist at CSG International

To assist with the following tasks:-

• Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices for one or more entities in the EMEA region
• Timely and accurate processing of staff expenses for one or more entities
• Preparation of weekly payment runs within Oracle and online banking system
• Reconciliation of creditor accounts to supplier statements
• Processing of purchase order requests
• Accurate filing of all invoices and expenses
•  Assistance with accounts payable related month end accruals
•  Assistance with internal and external audit
•  Ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounts Payable Team Lead

Skill-set and Abilities:

• Prior AP experience essential
• Prior working knowledge of Oracle essential (relevant experience within the last 2 years)
• Multi-currency experience advantageous
• Good MS Office experience, particularly Excel
• Online banking experience preferred
• Ability to manage and complete tasks within deadlines
• Ability to maintain professional demeanour at all times
• Conscientious, with good attention to detail
• Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude
• A team player with the ability to form working relationships across a variety of functions and levels
