Job Description    

• To process invoices, prepare reconciliations, payment proposals and follow up with queries
• Accounts payable processing
• Accounts payable query management
• Accounts Payable payment preparation
• Accounts payable reconciliations
• Internal stakeholder management
• Business controls and Governance

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric
• 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable
• 5+ years’ experience in foreign payments within the accounts payable context will be an advantage
• Exposure to dealing with entities in the rest of Africa within an Accounts Payable context will be an advantage
• Exposure to processing transactions with PO conditions within an Accounts Payable context will be an advantage
• Currently studying towards or has a finance equivalent post matric certification
• Sound knowledge and previous experience of an ERP system, preferably SAP (ECC6)
• Sound knowledge of AP systems, policies and procedures
• Intermidiate MS Excel skills
