Acquisition Dialler Operations Specialist at Bayport Financial Services

Description

The Dialer Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the functionality and optimization of the dialer systems. The role is responsible for all aspects of dialer strategies, the day-to-day operations of dialer systems, setting up campaigns, prioritizing them effectively, monitoring them in real-time, and conducting thorough reporting and analytics on dialer activities. The Dialer Operations Specialist must utilize the dialer and its capabilities to improve efficiency and performance and look for opportunities to improve productivity and conversions. The role is also required to ensure associated system administration so that the resources in the Bayport Acquisition Channel have access to the relevant systems and accompanying campaigns to perform their functions. 

Requirements

EDUCATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• Matric / Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent

DESIRED/ PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Related Diploma/Degree very advantageous 

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• 3 years minimum experience as a Dialer Administrator
•  Experience in managing multiple campaigns.
• Experiencing in working with data and producing analytical reporting
• Experience in analysing reports and making productivity and/or effectiveness recommendations to management.
• Experience within a sales or financial services environment.
• Computer Literacy: MS Excel (intermediate – Advanced)
• SQL Advantages
• Experience in liaising with external service providers and 3rd party management.
