AD Messaging Specialist at Worley

Main Purpose of Job:

• The Active Directory and Messaging Administrator will be responsible for supporting all processes and components that support Active Directory and messaging including Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019, Exchange Online (Office 365), Microsoft Azure, ActiveSync, Skype for Business online, anti-spam & virus technologies, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, GPO’s, Powershell scripting, RADIUS.

Reports to: AD Messaging Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to understand, run, create and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts.
• Must possess comprehensive Enterprise-level Systems Administration experience of Active Directory and its interaction with the messaging infrastructure. (Networking Services, DNS, physical network components, fundamentals of Active Directory design, ADFS, DNS and DHCP.
• Performs troubleshooting as required.
• Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Mobile device technology and Lync Server.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Conducts Enterprise-level Active Directory system administration. This includes Forest/Domain Architecture, AD Service Owner Tasks, DNS infrastructure, account provisioning, configuration of Active Directory sites, enterprise group policies, LDAP-S, and monitoring of AD replication and core services.                             

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Education: The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Windows Server platforms, Exchange Online, Azure, PowerShell, and administering Active Directory in large environments.
• Other: Candidate must also have excellent verbal, written, and face to face communication skills and have an excellent understanding of Client and Customer requirements.
