National Diploma (NQF6) in Public Management/Office Management related qualification as recognized by SAQA.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in administration/office environment or relevant field.
Knowledge administrative/clerical procedures.
Knowledge of Logis, BAS, Financial Management and Procurement procedures.
Knowledge Administration fields, emails, Internet, Word Processing.
Knowledge Procurement policies and procedures, as well as Departmental procedures and prescript and policies and Computer Literacy.
Skills:
Good communication (verbal and written), organizing, planning skills, be able to operate computer, listening skills writing and human relations skills.
Be able to work under extreme pressure and with difficult people.
Be able to work long hours voluntarily, honest, reliable and responsible and loyal.
