Admin Clerk - Maintenance at Boxer Superstores

• Are you a highly organised individual with strong admin skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Boxer Superstores is looking for a detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our Property Development – Maintenance Team at Boxer Head Office.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook is essential)
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of store equipment
• A Higher Certificate or Diploma in Administration will be an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities    
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Log and track store equipment breakdowns
• Accurately record and update details received from stores
• Communicate with suppliers and send relevant information
• Request quotes and generate purchase orders
• Follow up on outstanding logs until completion
