Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as a resource within the region for mechanisation branches
• Control mechanisation branch admin procedures in conjunction with trade admin manager
• Assist mechanisation branches with admin
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting of mechanisation floorplan as well as mechanisation stock at branches
• Capture and reporting of marketer’s commissions
• Work in conjunction with area admin managers regarding the resolving of audit findings
• Assist all mechanisation workshops with problems relating to capturing and invoicing of job cards
• Monitor outstanding job cards at branches and reporting to mechanisation manager
• Determine system improvements within the mechanisation department
• Liaise with mechanisation branches and other departments to address administrative issues
• Identify risk areas and implement counter measures
• Report to Mechanisation Manager

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• 5 years’ experience in Agricultural company
• Experience in all administrative issues regarding workshops and mechanisation
• Excellent grasp of company policy and procedure
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
• Calm disposition when faced with challenges (advantageous)
