Purpose of the Job    
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Ordering and Monitoring of Packaging Material as per forecasts.
• Managing of service providers.
• All Office administrative functions.
• Provide support to Management.
• Liase with suppliers on company terms and procedures.
• Liase between suppliers and different DC’s with respect to all coordination matters.

POSITION:ADMIN MANAGER

REPORTS TO:OPERATIONS MANAGER (Lowveld)

Qualifications    
STANDARD OF EDUCATION:

• Grade 12 essential. A commercial tertiary qualification will be an advantage. 

Experience    
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

• Cost management & Financial/administrative experience in a deadline driven environment is essential. 

Knowledge and Skills    
INTERPERSONAL/COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Candidates must work well within a team. Good verbal/written communication skills are essential in dealing with Buyers, suppliers, DC staff and contractors.

COMPUTER LITERACY:

• Good all-round computer and analytic skills are essential.
