These include spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, neurological disorders, orthopaedic conditions and other debilitating conditions and illnesses.
Nurture Health is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Hospital Admin Support to provide efficient administrative support within our hospital environment. Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will help ensure that daily administrative activities run smoothly, information is accurately maintained, and clinical teams have the support they need to deliver effective patient care.
Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support in line with Nurture Health policies, processes and systems, including maintaining accurate information and electronic health records.
Plan, prioritise and adapt daily administrative activities according to the hospital’s operational requirements, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow between the Nursing Manager, interdisciplinary team and relevant stakeholders, including reporting on administrative activities and representing the hospital professionally when required.
Requirements
Grade 12 certificate, with proven administrative support experience within a private healthcare environment or a setting where electronic health records are utilised.
Strong digital competence across information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, safety and problem-solving.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work within structured processes, adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate a passion for efficiency and administrative excellence.
