National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). National Diploma or Degree in Office Administration/Management will be an added advantage.
One (1) to two (2) years relevant experience in Administration. Knowledge of relevant legislation, prescripts, policies and procedures, Basic knowledge of financial Management, Record management of documents. Computer literacy. Experience in Public Service Education and Training (PSET) will be an added advantage.
DUTIES :
Provide a clerical support service to the manager. Planning and scheduling of conferences and travelling arrangements.
Perform general financial-related duties. Contract and document control management. Assist with planning and organising of corporate services events.
Remains up to date regarding prescripts/ policies and procedures applicable to Corporate Services to ensure efficient and effective support to the manager.
