Administration Clerk: District Support Ugu at KZN Department for Community Safety and Liaison

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior Certificate.
• Knowledge of the Constitution, Knowledge of Public Service Act and Regulations, PFMA, Communication skills, Computer skills.

DUTIES:

• To render administrative support.
• Maintain filing systems and general office services functions for the district office. (general clerical support services).
• Implement supply chain management services in the district office.
• Implement corporate support services in the district office.
• Carry out efficient, effective and economical procedures and processes in the utilisation of resources allocated to the district office.
