Administration Clerk: Malaria at Mpumalanga Department of Health

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure. Persal knowledge and driving licence will be an added advantage.

Duties:

• Effectively provide support services, data management support and office management. Filing and data capturing on the Expanded Public Works Development Programme – Reporting System (EPWP-RS). Data analysis, Financial administration, recruitment and selection, Human Resource Management, handle Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) Create registers, and electronic management of records.
• Type documents, submissions, reports, correspondences and ensure timeous submission of statistical data. Deal with the allocation, duplication and distribution of information and documents.
• Maintain records management and information. Deal with arrangement of meetings, traveling and catering etc. Follow-up on all correspondences of the programme.
