DUTIES :
A successful candidate will be responsible to perform the following core functions: Render general clerical support services such as; record, organize, store, capture correspondence and data. Handle routine enquiries. Make photocopies and receive or send facsimiles. Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as required. Type letters and/or other correspondence when required. Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing documents register of the office.
