Duties
Deliver an effective and efficient Admin Registry Service to the hospital. Opening, closing of lockable mail and files according to applicable records classification system. Franking mail items, recording monetary items in remittance book and control registry book on a daily basis Effective office organisation: collection of post at the Post Office and liaise with external and internal clients. Ensure timeous submission of statistical data monthly and provide assistance to Supervisor. Hand delivery of opened mail to the various departments in a hospital environment and returning unclaimed mail.
