Knowledge of legislative frameworks governing records management. Knowledge of registry operations. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal relations, computer literacy, report writing, planning, and organizing skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three (03) years' National Diploma (NQF Level 06) in Public Administration/Public Affairs/Public Management/Information Science/Information Management and Technology/Archives and Records Management /Management Assistant/Office Administration. A minimum of two (02) years' experience in records management, auxiliary services, or administration. A valid driver's license. A certificate in Archives and Records Management will be an added advantage.
DUTIES
Supervise and provide registry counter services. Supervise the handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence. Render effective filing and records management services. Supervise the operations and operate office machines in relation to the registry function. Supervise the processing of documents for archiving and disposal. Supervise staff.
