Administration Officer (Fixed term contract)

- Experience 2 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Bellville
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Ensure efficient, accurate capturing of data records
- Within the instruction management team, to complete capturing of all incoming instructions within SLA guidelines promised to the investor
- To be punctual in time keeping and foster team spirit in achieving daily targets
- Become efficient user of relevant system applications to streamline data capturing process
- Develop an understanding of the instruction management process to identify potential incorrect or suspicious transactions
- To actively participate in the organisation’s continuous improvement by identifying and proposing solutions to process and service related failures.
What will make you successful in this role:
- Matric certificate and 1 to 2 years related expereince
- Experience in Data capturing will be beneficial
- Experience in unit trust/investment industry will be beneficial
Qualification And Experience
- Grade 12 with 2 years related experience.
Knowledge And Skills
- Investment Industry Knowledge
- Record keeping and administrative support
- Client Communications
- Quality, Compliance and Accreditation
- Reporting
