    Administrative Assistant

    Job Summary

    • Mediboost is a leading digital marketing agency specialising in dental and medical marketing. We are growing rapidly and need a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant (Personal & Business) to support the directors with both professional and personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sydney, Australia Time.

    Role Responsibilities
    Business Support:

    • Calendar & Inbox Management – Schedule meetings, filter emails, and set reminders.
    • Document & Data Management – Organise files, update reports, and assist with presentations.
    • Project Assistance – Support on projects as required by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, research, document preparation, and task coordination.
    • Liaison & Communication – Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Process Improvement – Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative workflow efficiency and effectiveness.

     Personal Support:

    • Errand Management – Handle personal tasks such as shopping, booking appointments, and coordinating home services.
    • Event & Gift Planning – Assist with planning personal events, sending gifts, and reminders for important dates.
    • Travel & Lifestyle Support – Book travel, dining reservations etc
    • Financial & Bills Management – Track and manage invoices, subscription etc 

    What we are looking for

    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience managing calendars, emails, and travel bookings.
    • Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Drop Box, Slack etc.).
    • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
    • Available during Sydney business hours (preferred).
