Administrative Assistant at Siemens Energy

• We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for our Loeriesfontein site.
• As an Administrative assistant you will be responsible for all day-to-day functional specific operations on the site

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Proceeding with all day-to-day functional specific operations, and applies IT systems
• Preparing specialized routine report and correspondence, and/or statistics
• Maintaining records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages
• Completing routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned
• Performing the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served

• Prior experience in admin related work
• computer literate with excellent analytical skills and a drive for stats.
• Knowledge or experience in all Microsoft Office packages is essential

• Driven with ability to work on own initiative to achieve targets
