• Clover is currently recruiting for an Administrative Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring administrative controls within area of responsibility. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Boksburg branch 

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Business English: Fluent
• Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays
• Experience in working with senior management
• Computer literacy (Advanced)
• Valid Drivers license

Duties and Responsibilities    
Exports & Pod’s

• Assigning POD’s
• Requesting outstanding POD’s from hauliers and customers
• Passing credits to direct and export customers
• Going to state vet to get Export permits signed off
• Check all paperwork before loads are dispatched

Chep Assistance        

• Assisting to capture chep slips on the portal

Stock control        

• SOH report every morning
• Assisting with sample requests from factory
• Clearing GSR and CLM locations
