Duties
Supervise and maintain acceptable standards of quality of services delivered by the Support Services components (GG Transport, Porters, Switchboard, Telecommunications, Mortuary, Parking, Maintenance). Efficient and cost-effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of monthly expenditures against allocated budget. Administration of hospital key control section. Facilitate staff parking process. Administration of hospital lifts and fire equipment maintenance. Supervise support staff, manage leave and performance, and ensure compliance with HR policies and disciplinary procedures, effective and efficient support within Support Services, and ensure relevant policy implementation and compliance.
