Minimum Requirements    

• An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year experience rendering executive support functions to top management.

• General administrative support; Financial administration; People management administration; Special projects and compliance reporting; It will be advantageous to have the following: Experience in the public sector; Experience in Youth Sector; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence. Competencies    

• Knowledge in the following: People management administration; Administration; Public Finance Management Act; Public Sector.
• Skills needed: Computer Literacy; Written and verbal communication; Project Management; Planning and organising skills including the development and management of workflows; Report writing skills.

Remuneration    

• R 325 101 - R 382 959 per annum (Salary level 7) plus 37% in lieu of benefits
