    Administrative Support Specialist

    About the Role
    The WizzPass Administrative Support Specialist will manage and be responsible for client support, office administrative tasks and assisting the sales team with administrative support. The candidate will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about software and technology, has a hands-on and analytical approach to problem solving, and is adept at handling multiple job functions and tasks on an ongoing basis.


    What You'll Do

    • Perform a range of administrative tasks to support WizzPass clients as well as the WizzPass  Sales team.
    • Be the point of contact for the WizzPass support desk. This includes, but not limited to responding to customer support emails and being in contact with the software development team.
    • Maintaining internal records, including spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales and customers.
    • Research that supports the sales team, such as performing internet searches for potential clients and gathering information that could be useful to the sales team when pitching a product or service.
    • Setting up of hardware devices (tablets and parking scanners) and shipping hardware packages to prospective clients.
    • Client support call-out to sites to potentially update/reboot tablets, parking scanners and Bluetooth printers.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Grade 12 qualification with relevant work experience and/or post graduate degree/diploma.
    • Own vehicle to travel to clients (valid driver’s license).
    • Very well versed in English for both oral and written communication.
    • Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office applications).
    • Good time management and organizational skills.
    • Interpersonal skills are essential, as a large part of the job involves customer support.
    • Must be able to work independently and at a fast pace due to the nature of the business.
    • High level of attention to detail and demonstrate willingness to take initiative.
    • Flexible, with ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.

    Salary
    The starting salary for this role is R15,000-R20,00 per month CTC depending on experience, and which will be reviewed on a constant basis.
