Administrator-023-002 Montague Gardens at PPECB

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to external and internal clients
• Document and administrative control and capturing according to standards
• Ensuring adherence to internal business processes, procedures and policies
• Assist the General Manager Coastal with reports
• Accommodation and flight bookings for the Coastal Regions
• Arrange conferences and workshops
• Record minutes of meetings.
• Assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and powerpoint
• Certificates in computer training would be advantageous
• Knowledge of the ERP system in PPECB, including having worked on TITAN is advantageous. 
• Capturing experinece
• Proven track record of taking ownership enabled by responsible and accountable behaviour
• Knowledge of the perishable industry and the regulatory environment is advantageous.
