    Administrator (3 Months Contract)

    Job Requirements:

     

    • 2-5 years’ experience in an administration or business planning environment 
    • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business management, economics, etc.)
    • Desired - 2-3 years in a strategy or business planning role

    Knowledge & Skills: 

     

    • Knowledge of Business Planning and Business Strategy
    • Knowledge and application of MFMA
    • Knowledge and application of procurement procedures
    • Knowledge and application od administration best practices.
    • Good understanding of daily SHERQ requirements
    • The company policy and procedure framework
    • The company mandate, strategy, and stakeholder analysis
    • Integrity, honesty, interpersonal skills, results orientated, creativity, innovation, resilience, task & time management, Financial acumen, computer literacy, Planning and Organizing, report writing, editing, proficiency in English

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • Assists with developing strategic planning framework for the organization’s Business Planning activities.
    • Following direction from the Business Planning Coordinator, conducts research on new technologies and industry trends and identify strategy planning and performance management processes for the company.
    • Keeps abreast of changes in the strategic management and performance management disciplines and provide specialist advice to the company.
    • Supports the implementation of a high-performance organizational culture. 
    • Educates EXCO and management on latest developments in strategic planning methodologies and process.
    • Coordinates strategic planning communication sessions with staff to ensure shared vision within company fees for admission and other services. 
    • Assists with organizing department sessions to develop departmental and unit business plans. 
    • Assists with ensuring the interpretation and correct cascading of targets down to all levels in the company and the overall alignment of performance standards. 
    • Assists with organizing strategic planning communication sessions with staff to ensure shared vision within the company.
    • Assists with the development of the company scorecard, including writing, administration, and other activities.
    • Assists the Business Planning Coordinator with quarterly and annual performance review at departmental business plans. 
    • Populates business planning and monitoring and performance evaluation data libraries for review by the Coordinator.
    • Uploads documentation to SharePoint
    • Assists with writing and developing policies, processes, procedures, and controls to gather information. 
    • Organizes meetings with departments to establish mutual needs and requirements. 
    • Assists with obtaining reviews and assesses information due to external stakeholders as required. 
    • Writes and compiles required reports. 
    • Maintains secured (manuals and electronic) filing system for all relevant documentation.
