Company Partners is an Online 1stopmachine for startup businesses who over the past 5 years, have served more than 15000 clients, of which 20% purchase additional services after 1 year, and a further 10% invested in monthly subscription packages.

Company Partners holds South Africa’s largest variety of compliance services with over 150 compliance services at a client’s disposal.

Job Description

•         Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
•         Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
•         Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
•         Continuously replenish own knowledge of industry, products and field
•         Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
•         Type in data provided directly from customers
•         Verify data by comparing it to source documents
•         Update existing data
•         Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
•         Ensure regular backups are performed to ensure data preservation
•         Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
•         Perform CIPC and SARS related functions (Filling of annual returns, Company registration, Import/Export, VAT registration etc).
•         Perform Administrative functions

Qualifications

•         The successful candidate will have prior sales experience, and target driven
•         Strong Administrative abilities and experience dealing with the CIPC and SARS
•         Excellent health
•         Experience in the industry will be advantageous
•         A minimum of Grade 12, a tertiary qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
•         Excellent communication skills and computer literate
•         Presentable and professional
•         Bilingual (At least two of South African official languages, with English being the primary language medium due to our client’s requirements)
•         Focussed on building long term relationships
•         Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get you from point A to B.
