Administrator Data Capture - Richards Bay at South32

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Prepare source documents by compiling and sorting information according to specific instructions provided;
• Locate and correct any visible data errors by confirming its integrity with supervisors;
• Capture information into predesignated databases or systems and double check information to make sure it has been accurately punched in.;
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents and transcribe given information into electronic formats;
• Check all completed work for accuracy and change any field that requires editing;
• cIdentify, label and organize electronic storage media and ensure that both security and confidentiality is maintained on a constant basis.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Capturing;
• Technical or Maintenance background would be advantageous;
• Working experience on SAP is advantageous;
• Experience in a maintenance and manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
• Computer Literacy in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is essential;

Qualifications for this role are:

• Grade 12 and a certificate in relevant field.
