1. Manage the division’s fleet of vehicles accurately and efficiently
2. Manage adhering to the division’s health and safety requirements
3. Operational Support: Provide general operational support to the division’s branches

Finance related tasks and administration:

1. Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
2. Maintaining financial, employee, and customer records
3. Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
4. Reporting 
5. Perform Ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned accurately
6. To uphold and promote the company values and culture

Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. 3 – 5 years operational support in a similar role
3. Related certificate advantageous
