We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Afrika Tikkun Services. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing complex administration tasks, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our organization's mission to provide educational and training opportunities to our candidates.

Manage and support candidates through their learning process, including onboarding, documentation, and continuous support.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and compliance documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
Display strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and effectively convey ideas and provide constructive feedback.
Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure and handle setbacks.
