    Administrator - Rewards.Human Resources

    Responsibilities

    Operational Delivery 

    Lifestyle claims:

    • Review and approve all lifestyle benefit claims within defined turnaround times.
    • Monitor and respond to all queries relating to lifestyle benefits

    Administer of benefit and reward programmes and systems

    • Administers the recognition system by updating of employees, monitoring and arranging funding, bulk messaging.
    • Administers the canteen subsidy by preparing monthly schedules for payment and payroll uploads, arrange funding, reconciliation and query resolution.
    • Monthly volume statistics on the utilisation of above benefits and programmes.
    • Monitor and respond to all queries relating to kudos/shine, meal subsidies.
    • Regular capture or update of reward data on relevant systems, such as terminations on the external share system.

    Tactical project support

    • Support the planning and execution of events, such as Global Appreciation Week, 21 days of Yello Care, Career & Wellbeing week, HR Townhalls, etc.

    MTNSAReward mailbox

    • Monitor, respond to or allocate queries on the MTNSAReward email, YPYW email and Service Now.

    Administration

    • Co-ordinate payments of 3rd party invoices.
    • People (Learning & Growth) Perspective
    • Contribute to a high performing team by sharing knowledge, training and development in subject matter expertise.
    • Ensure open communication channels with team members, contribute and participate in change management interventions where necessary.
    • Aim to achieve and meet KPIs and ensure regular performance feedback is received, and performance related perspectives is provided to Performance Manager that will enhance performance standards.
    • Continuously seek self-professional development to hone skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
    • Track and self-evaluate performance and identify training and development requirements and opportunities to continuously improve stakeholder collaboration, quality of work and productivity.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Minimum Requirement - Matric
    • Diploma in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related

    Experience

    • Minimum 1 year experience that includes customer service and administration.
    • Experience with HR processes such as Recruitment, Termination, HR administration, IR, Remuneration, legislation relevant to employees.
