Job Description
- To provide administration support for all Multi Product policies and ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to staff at SBIB Head Office, Provinces, Bank Branches and customers.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- Certificate of Proficiency
- FAIS Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3 years insurance industry experience within a Call Centre or Customer Services environment a necessity.
