    • All queries relating to PO’s
    • Service yellow slips, Local & National and all queries
    • Entering from yellow slips onto Appx, safety compliance
    • Entering Timesheets
    • Handling of Switch board TNT management Manual Payments Stationery and office grocery Customer complaints Mail from Post Office Service T Open up work orders Entering quote & invoices( Vendors & Subbies) All queries relating to PO`s Check all cost on a work order Closing of work orders process
    • Send a proposal to the customer Once accepted a work order is created Ensure all cost are in Close of work order Minutes of branch and safety meetings Activities Fleet Administration General Notice Boards Building Files Annex B Receive from the inspector Upload on appx Letter to customer Copies 4 (supervisor 3 and building file 1)
